At Christian Action Housing we are continually looking at ways to improve our services. When you call us on 01992 765900, you will notice a change in our telephone options so you can speak directly to our Income Team or a member of the Customer Services Team.
Our Customer Services Advisors will try and resolve your call without a need to transfer. When this is not possible, they will direct your call to the relevant department.
