Resident Involvement Kick Off Meeting

resident Involvement Champions

We are very happy to announce that today we had our first Resident Involvement Group (RIG) Meeting. The initial idea was to get feedback, develop, agree and set the priorities our residents want us to focus on and achieve on the Engagement Strategy action plan.

However, we got so much more out of this meeting. We received such vital feedback from our residents and their ideas are not only helping us to set our engagement strategy aims and objectives actions, but also improve how we communicate with you.

A big thank you to our residents Brenda, Toni and Rob who all shared and gave ideas from different perspectives, which were very helpful.

We also had a rep from each team that is essential in building our community, culture and living our values with our residents and with each other.

In view of the success we decided to create a RIG that meets regularly to gain feedback from our residents and improve our services.

We got some useful tips that we will start to implement, thank you to all.
