Voluntary Undertaking Accepted by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH)
We are pleased to announce that the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has accepted our voluntary undertaking, along with the actions we have proposed.
We are fully committed to implementing the agreed-upon actions and will work closely with the RSH to ensure that we meet all the required standards promptly and effectively.
We have also agreed to commission an independent review to verify the embedding of improvements resulting from completion of the action plan.
This commitment reflects our dedication to meeting regulatory standards to regain our compliance and continuously improving our services for the benefit of our residents and stakeholders.
We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of our residents and partners throughout this process, and we will continue to provide updates on our progress.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our Board and especially, members of the Recovery Working Group who have given generously their time and expertise to support the executive team in delivering this outcome for the organisation. We look forward to our continued partnership to oversee and secure the delivery of the commitments set out in the agreement.
