Temporary supported accommodation for 16-24yrs old with a local connection to the Borough who are homeless or at risk. We provide each young person with a dedicated Youth Coach who together will develop a support plan and progress into independent living. 24/7 staffed accommodation.
Temporary supported accommodation in shared houses in the community for 18-24yrs old with a local connection to the Borough. We provide each young person with a dedicated Youth Coach who together will develop a support plan and progress into independent living. This is unstaffed accommodation however, youth coaches visit on a regular bases.
